Leaders
Multiple Coaches, Team Leaders, Support Staff and Medical Staff are needed to enable Sports Extra to happen. Leaders must first and foremost have a passion to follow Jesus and be willing to serve God, the gospel, the young people and each other in one of these roles.

Safeguarding
Christ in Sport take seriously their responsibility for the young people in their care. All leaders will be required to undergo Garda Vetting and attend a compulsory safeguarding session before joining the team.
All Sports Extra leaders must agree with the Christ in Sport Statement of Faith.
Age
Leaders must be 18 years old to serve at Sports Extra. However those who have just finished their final year of school or younger leaders serving for the first time should apply for the Trainee programme.
